The Reason Your Training Program Sucks - Bigtime!

I love writing about health, fitness, bodybuilding, diet, training, etc, but there's one thing I can't stand to see when I'm at the gym. It's newbies, primarily young males, training themselves into "smallness." That's correct, I said training themselves into smallness. I know, you're likely wondering what I'm talking about, right?
Well, let me explain so you'll be clear and if you're a beginner bodybuilder, weight trainer, whatever, listen up, because this information can save you a lot of time and frustration!
LESS IS MORE! Remember those three, often overused words. I know, I know, it's quite a cliche for me to be saying LESS IS MORE!
So, the reason so many guys are training themselves into smallness is because they believe that more is more, but in fact, LESS IS MORE!
However, I know what all of you newbies are saying to yourselves! Those guys in the bodybuilding magazines train long and hard. Well, there's two things to remember about pro bodybuilders.
First, they don't all train extremely long in terms of the actual time spent working out.
Secondly, they're using anabolic steroids, so even if they are training for long periods of time - 45 minutes or longer - the steroids allow their bodies to respond and recover from workouts of longer duration.
However, if you're training naturally, you're body is not going to respond well to workouts much longer than 45 minutes, so cut back on the time you spend actually training and increase the intensity with which you train.
I guarantee you that if you train with more intensity, with less rest between sets and more weight on the bar, you'll get amazing results and you won't be training yourself into "smallness."
