Hey, if you have never tried a Body Pump workout, now's the time to start. I just did my second one yesterday afternoon at one of the Total Fitness locations here in Guangzhou, China. I tried my first Body Pump workout two weeks ago, and I was really blown away by how intense it really is.
I had seen people at the gym going through this workout routine many times, but I always thought it looked "too easy." Well, I guess I was wrong about that. I don't know if it's my age, or if I'm just not as in good condition as I think I am, but I can't go through the entire one-hour workout without stopping to rest. For me, I find the legs section of the workout to be the worst part.
